The service

Aethereos is an experimental research instrument. Outputs are derived from proprietary data processing methods and are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Outputs should be independently verified before use in any research, clinical, or commercial context.

Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, data processing methods, and associated materials are the proprietary property of the operator and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No licence, right, or interest in the underlying technology is granted by your use of the service.

Permitted use

You may use the service to generate outputs for personal or non-commercial research purposes. You may share or cite outputs with attribution to Aethereos.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, reconstruct, or derive the methods, algorithms, or models underlying the service. You may not use the service or its outputs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Your data

Files you upload remain your property. We process them solely to generate your results, then delete them. We claim no rights over your data or the outputs derived from it.

No professional advice

Outputs do not constitute medical, financial, scientific, or professional advice. The operator accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of outputs from the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
